Hello, I went through the drive-through today and paid $21 for my order. When I got home, I noticed that I was missing three tenders that I had paid for. I tried calling the restaurant to let them know, but the line was busy. I would appreciate it if you could please look into this and let me know how this can be resolved. Thank you.

Church's Chicken used to be very good, but NOT anymore. The recipe has been changed to salty, and without flavor. They no longer deep fry in fat, such as Crisco, Wesson, or whatever they were using. The fat gives the flavor, and the same thing happened with Fritos Corn Chips, and so many other edibles. French fries no longer taste good either. They use artificial seed oils, such as Canola oil, soybean oil, etc., and not only are those oils extremely unhealthy, they simply do NOT work for that wholesome, delicious fatty taste. Nothing good lasts.

I stopped in to get a midday. Snack and was very pleased with how nice the gentleman was that he helped me and food was hot. It wasn't overcooked, it wasn't crusty? It was very juicy, and the biscuit was by far the best one I've ever had. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

Went to the one in Cobourg tonight & was impressed with how clean it was, the staff was friendly & the chicken was good so was the mash potatoes with gravy.

Placed online order with the LaMarque restaurant. Chicken was as dry as jerky, it was all brown, tough and stringy. I couldn't get 2 of the sides I ordered because they were out of French fries and corn. Employees were smart about it told me to call HR, siad they don'town Church's. I hope they all close up, the food is crap, service is worse, Employees don't have any respect for customers. No response from Church's Texas on feedback. Go away Church's.

Not all Church's Chicken restaurants are created equally. The primary differences being in the freshness of their food and the character of their staff. This location in Greenville, Texas is a unique exception. Steven knows me by sight, and recites my order before I open my mouth. He notices when I'm too lazy to get out of my truck; or, when I have enough time to come inside the restaurant; chew; savor; and, enjoy my food. I'm always treated with politeness, courteousness and civility. Please keep up the excellent, stellar work. Those qualities are becoming increasingly rare. I thank you.
