They walked us through every step of the process and were friendly throughout. Professional but like going through the process with a friend. I knew they were a phone call away at all times. This is my 2nd mortgage going through Churchill and I'll pick them again in a heartbeat.

I recently refinanced my mortgage with Churchill and it was my first time doing so. I'm a dummy on finance stuff and they were pretty efficient and helpful in my opinion. My income situation is a bit uncommon but they were able to find ways to help me get approved. Their online application was easy to use. Everyone in their team was friendly. I could ask them any questions and their responses were speedy. They took care of communication with my old lender and my homeowner insurance's company. Specialist Kevin Sprague was very nice and friendly. From start to finish, he was clear on the details. He showed me options on different interest rates at the beginning, and helped me lock in on one of the low rates when my old lender was taking its time on some issue. Kevin would give me a follow-up call from time to time to help keeping me on track. I would definitely recommend Churchill Mortgage.
