Churchill Mortgage Corporation NMLS 1591Reviews of churchillmortgage.com

We have the most amazing experience working with Terry Wiyrick, Home Loan Specialist. From the start he was very professional, knowledgeable and thoughtful. The best work ethics, great attitude and attention to detail, flexibility and time efficiency that’s all about Terry’s work. Highly recommend!

Andrew was responsive, provided clear and timely communication, went the extra mile to ensure a smooth and efficient process. Overall, it was a hassle free and pleasant experience.

As a travel nurse, getting a mortgage can be difficult. Every mortgage lender turned me away during the process except for Matt. He worked hard day and night to get the job done and answered all of my phone calls no matter how unimportant they were. I didn’t believe one person could have so many 5 star reviews until I worked with him and realized it was because no one is better than him. Trust Matt to get the job done! It was a process but one worth it all.

David's knowledge and professional experience were excellent.

My wife and I just closed on our first home with Churchill. Our Loan Specialist was Chris Shrader. Chris absolutely made the experience of getting our mortgage smooth and straightforward. He helped us understand exactly what we were getting ourselves into and gave us honest numbers that grounded our expectations while helping us reach to where we needed to be to land our perfect first home. Chris fervently pursued our best interests and helped us know what to expect at each step of the process. He helped us think through big decisions without leading us down a chosen path, which really made the homebuying experience so much less stressful than we thought it was going to be. He personally worked with our realtor and personally advocated for us everywhere he could. He kept the numbers in front of us and helped us prepare for the worst case, but ensured that our final closing costs were within our reach. We were able to close while feeling comfortable about our finances. I didn't feel any sticker shock on closing day! Chris pursued making us Certified Home Buyers even as the home search happened quickly, and we were ready to be the first offer on a home that's better than we expected for our budget. I won't forget the hard work and the service that Chris provided my family and I would recommend Chris and Churchill to anybody - in fact, I wouldn't recommend anyone else! His experience has depth and breadth, and his careful hand and eye throughout the process, along with the personal touch and knowledge he added to every interaction, really brought peace of mind and security to the home-buying process. It was the most critical factor in one of the most critical financial transactions my family will ever make. Thank you, thank you, and thank you again! We look forward to working with Chris in the future as our mortgage proceeds.

Our loan officer Doug made it so easy, simple, and enjoyable to get a loan without a credit score. He's available for questions and explains everything so thoroughly. Huge asset to the organization. We'd recommend Churchill Mortgage largely based on our experience with him!

Professional, focused, and driven to get the best for me.

Scott was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to provide us with the best rate, he kept us informed throughout the entire process, and he was friendly and attentive! I would definitely recommend Scott.
