The process was lengthy due to covid but was done within a reasonable amount of time. Everything was just as stated on contract, the only surprise i got that turned me off a little was my loan was sold to Mr. Cooper loans. I'd never heard of them and dont feel as comfortable as i did with churchill. As a matter of fact I'm having issues with Mr cooper right now as they think im underinsured when in fact im over insured!

Please call me if a payment is missed, especially if I have a history of not missing payments. I had to pay a $20 late fee because by the time the notification letter reached my house it was already too late. On a positive note, I love your payment portal website!

The only hiccup I had with my refinance was they put it in escrow when I specified that I did not want it escrowed.
