BUYER BEWARE
BUYER BEWARE! One of the worst customer experiences I've ever had with an online business. I bought a bag from Chrome in January, which promptly started falling apart. All the 3M reflective tape came off within weeks, and in May the bag started coming apart at the seams. When I tried to call in the warranty they wanted me to pay to ship it back to them at my own cost (about $50 from Canada w insurance), offered no loaner bag to replace it and would not give me the value of the full purchase towards a new bag (they only offered 25% of what I paid). Also in order to get the 25% value under their so-called "warranty", they wanted me to literally destroy the bag and send them photos. Crazy!! Above all I wasted my precious time and energy on a totally futile and irritating customer service process that did not result in any useful compromise or effort to make me happy. I'm taking the money I would have spent on a Chrome bag and going to Mission Workshop instead (they are much much better to their customers). Chrome offers atrocious customer service, irrational customer policies and very low quality products (which they don't stand behind). STAY AWAY! GIVE YOUR MONEY TO A COMPANY WHO DESERVES IT!
