RIP OFF
I ordered my mother a nativity candle tier for Christmas. I spent a total of $114 dollars. When she opened it on Christmas morning, one of the lambs was broken off and Joseph's head. I sent it back and they refunded me $57. You make the call! What a horrible deal! I wouldn't be surprised if they had sent a broken one on purpose. What a scam!! This item was returned exactly the was it was taken out of the same box they sent it in. This is the reply I received! "If you knew anything about these than yes, you would expect a piece to come off." In other words people, make sure you have a bottle of glue waiting when you receive your package!

First, we do take great pride in selling beautiful handcrafted items. You reported a sheep and a head were unglued. That is true. What you sent us was broken pieces of wood piled at the bottom of a box. We emailed you photos of us opening your return showing the pile of pieces at the bottom of the box. The way this item was crammed into the box made the sharp metal rod pierce the box which then went into my employee's hand when she picked it up. Thanks for that! :'( Not a single piece was in tact the way you returned it.... It is the customer's responsibility to return an item in the same condition they received it. Sorry! You also need to use a shipping box and not tape a shipping label over your scraps of wrapping paper on the thin product box. You treated this item, which took hours to make by hand, like a piece of garbage when you returned it. In doing so, you also caused an unnecessary injury.
