I needed to return an item, I emailed them and they helped me with the return. Quality products.

Ease of doing business with, quality packing, orders always correct and things arrive relatively quickly.

These are some of the amazing arts for kids. found FIGURINES, NUTCRACKERS, PYRAMIDS, ORNAMENTS and many more tools that preserve cultures from generation from generation.

Workmanship is excellent. Smaller than expected. Still I like it better than the candle ones so far. Will continue to shop here.

Very happy that you offer replacement pieces. But my initial email for advice was never acknowledged. My order arrived with one item missing & one item I did not order. The next orders arrived quickly & complete. In spite of these issues, I will definitely purchase again!

I purchased candles for our Christmas pyramid. Happy with the purchase but the price was higher than from other merchants. delivery was o.k. as prmised.

The candles I ordered was 10 centimeter I got a box with Minnie's I can't do nothing with them

I love my German Pyramid. It is absolutely magical. The little tree is beautiful with its curled wood shavings, but so fragile, I'm frightened it would easily break..
