I got a necklace that I love but they started charging me a $20 membership fee that I had no idea about. I called them at least 15 times during different times of the day to speak with someone, I texted the provided number and emailed them as well. Terrible customer service and sneaky membership fees

Advertising as a Christian company yet they deceitfully enroll you into a monthly membership. You can’t call and speak to anyone. You can only text or email them. They didn’t respond to my text or emails. I would not trust them

I would never buy from this company ever again. Extremely deceptive with charging me a monthly membership fee of $19.95 a week after I was charged for a shirt. Completely unethical and this is not what I would expect from a supposedly godly company. I have many friends who wear shirts related to faith and I will make it a point to tell them to never buy from this company. I call and call and have never once gotten to speak to a single person on the phone as well as no one responds to my text or email. Ofcourse I’m disputing my charge with the bank. Such a shame.

We bought two tee shirts and it was not at all clear that we would be charged in perpetuity $19.95 to our credit card for some kind of "membership." It felt sneaky and unethical. Now, we are trying to stop these charges.

I AGREE! It is impossible to speak with anyone. I got charged for TWO memberships @ $19.95 each when I placed 2 orders. I is VERY DECEIVING how they get you to join. At checkout is says FREE membership. Then when I emailed and texted them (no phone customer service) and they have not responded in weeks I am going to dispute these charges BEWARE.... This company is far from a Christian company, its greed and theft. Here is what it says when you check out: 1 Christian Divinity Club product Type: OFFER FREE. IT SAYS FREE AND THEN YOU GET HIT WITH $19.95 ON YOUR CREDIT CARD And if you want to return a product, they charge you a RESTOCKING FEE in addition to you having to pay for the postage!!! DON'T BE FOOLED!

What God do you people on this website serve? My God's name is always spelled with a capital G not (god) People go to Love In Faith. There shirts, sweatshirts, goodies and mech is excellent and they always have sales going on. Quality stuff. You can join there monthly club "IF YOU WANT" they don't just start billing you and you can still buy all you want WITHOUT joining.

Impossible to speak with anyone. I got charged a membership when I didn’t join and was only given a partial refund. This company is far from a Christian company, its greed and theft. Stop misrepresenting God.

The date of my experience was sometimes in the last week of April, but I didn't want to research it, so I just put the last day of April, 2024. In that week, I had been researching cute cross shorts. As the internet does, showed me more and more ads for Christian shirts. I ended up settling on buying some shirts from Christian Divinity. I do not remember a thing about a recurring charge or membership fee, and I am adamant about avoiding those, so I'm not sure how they snuck it in there without my notice. I don't remember receiving emails either. I looked for an email in the last couple months, so I could email them to resolve this, but found nothing. So I tried calling. I assumed the number next to Christian Divinity on my credit card statements was a phone number. Yes it is a phone number, but surprise, surprise, no one ever answered the phone. So I finally called my credit card company today to dispute the charges. Shame on this company for calling themselves Christian, charging people like this, and literally not having a way for people to get in touch with them. What the heckkkkk. I just hope I get my money back, I have kids and we can use the money. I hope this helps someone.
