SCAM ALERT! Manipulative business practices, I bought a T-shirt online and kept getting charged for it for 2 more months! Noone answers the phone and the website is purposely set up to waste your time. This is a scam! I will fight this with AMEX and further!

Don't buy! I noticed a charge in my account today for $19.95 for a membership I never remember agreeing to. Like many on here I ordered a gift back in December for Christmas and didn't realize that automatically signed me up for a membership. The only good part was that I was able to easily cancel online and they said they're refunding me. However, in order to cancel you have to go through several steps that I believe use very manipulative business practices to try and keep you enrolled. I'm disappointed a Christian company operates this way and won't be buying anything from them again. I would also say that the thing I ordered was not great quality. While the shirt was soft it was overly large for a women's large and the print on the front was slightly crooked.

Ordered brackets at Christmas time. They were deceptive as now I am billed each month for a membership that I didn't know I even joined. Taking money out of my account each month is stealing if you ask me. I only ordered brackets...not good customer service.

Check with their membership term first!!! Christian Divinity sells products exclusively to fellowship community members. When making your first purchase, you are required to check a box and enroll in a $19.95 monthly membership—someone who can be easily overlooked in the excitement of ordering their T-shirts. I recently purchased a few Christian message T-shirts from Christian Divinity and was pleased with their quality. However, I have concerns about their business practices. The automatic enrollment in a recurring membership fee, without clear upfront disclosure, feels misleading and raises questions about whether the company truly upholds Christian values. They claim that membership provides the following benefits, but I don’t see the need to subscribe to a Christian T-shirt website for $19.95 per month to receive them: - A portion of every purchase goes toward providing Bibles to people who otherwise wouldn’t have access. - Members receive wholesale pricing to make faith-based products more affordable. - Access a content library with eBooks and digital videos to support spiritual growth. While these benefits sound nice, they don’t justify an automatic monthly charge, especially for those who want to buy a Christian T-shirt without a long-term commitment. Suppose you’re looking for Christian-themed apparel; other Christian and non-Christian retailers offer similar products without hidden charges. I hope Christian Divinity reconsiders its approach to reflect the integrity and transparency expected of a Christian company.

I bought a necklace for 7.95 and did not authorize a charge to be part of a membership. Around 8 days later, I got charged for the membership and when you contact them about it, the say sorry and try to give you 50% off the membership. If you try to cancel it on your own, you have to go through what it seems like a never ending loop, and end up “purchasing” another free product and the 50% off membership. EVEN IF YOU ALWAYS CLICK THE CANCEL MEMBERSHIP BUTTONS on every prompt!! BEWARE!! As a Christian, I am so sad to see how this company is operating! Very shady business practice and scammy! Not godly at all. I don’t think it’s a real Christian business.

I recently purchased a T-shirt for $5.00 on 1/15/2025 from the Christian Divinity website as viewed on Facebook. There was a subsequent charge to my checking account of $19.95 on 1/22/2025 for which I did not authorize. I researched on Google regarding the company and found this statement: (Christian Divinity charges credit cards for a "membership" that may not show up in the cart. Even if you didn't sign up for the membership, you may still be charged. Some users have reported issues with membership charges and customer service.) I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and report their practices and advise others to do the same. As a Christian myself, I think this practice is definitely not how a Christian company should conduct themselves.

They are deceitful! Do not buy from them!

This is a complete scam. They use inexpensive items to lock you into a recurring subscription that has no exit. Their links imply a way to cancel or call, but all are endless loops that never resolve. Do not use. You will receive items you buy, but you will not be able to end the subscription, which is the real purpose of their illusion. DO NOT USE!
