Hi Kelly, While we understand you are frustrated we strongly disagree with your review. If you look at our website it is hard to miss that we are a Christian membership club that charges $19.95 per month. With the club perks you get wholesale pricing up to 90% off our products as well as access to ebooks, prayer groups, live devotionals and other community features through an app. We require all members to agree to the membership and follow all new members up with a welcome sequence about their new benefits and how to access the amazing features. We wouldn’t be able to provide the value we do without our small membership fee that can be cancelled at anytime by simply calling, texting or emailing us. We are sorry you feel mislead, please contact us directly if you have anything we can help you with.

Dear Teri, Thank you for promptly providing the details we needed for your order. We've gone ahead and canceled your order and membership, and we've processed refunds for both. It might take 3-5 business days for the refunded amount to show up in your account. I understand waiting for our in-house made t-shirts can be frustrating. While we do our best to get them out as quickly as possible, being a smaller operation based in the USA means we don't offer next-day delivery like larger corporations. Regarding our membership, we are very clear and upfront about it. We mention it on every page of our website, make all new members agree to it before they can purchase from us, and we send out welcome emails to new members explaining the benefits. Just like companies such as Costco or Amazon Prime, our membership fees help us keep our prices low. Our customer support team is here to help and typically responds within 24 hours on weekdays. We're committed to finding solutions that work for everyone. We've refunded your money to make things right. If you're interested in ordering from us again or discussing membership in the future, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're more than willing to work something out that feels fair to you. Thanks for your understanding.

Casey, Thank you for sharing this but this is entirely wrong. After you emailed us to cancel your membership you were canceled, we sent you emails about this. Our system accidentally sent out random emails to a few customers the other day that made it look like they were billed however they were not. We immediately followed up all those emails apologizing for the mistake and providing clarity. Additionally for the inconvenience we offered every single person a $10 gift card to make up for the mistake. Under these circumstances we find it odd that you feel the need to spread negativity when we did our best to make the situation right. If you need anything else from us please contact us directly in the future. God bless.

Hi Andrea, Thank you for sharing this with us however we are unable to find any memberships attached to your name and we also disagree with your review. As you mentioned, the membership is advertised on every page. There are also multiple sections upon checking out that reflect this. Additionally, all members are followed up with a 14-day email sequence welcoming them to the membership and helping guide them through the features they gain access to. Our company is not able to provide the products and services we provide at such a low cost without the membership. We do not require any contracts by allowing members to cancel at any time. We hate to sound harsh at all because our goal is to uplift the community and provide resources that everyone can afford through our membership. If you have any issues we can directly help you with please reach out to us directly in the future. God bless.

Hi Kim, Upon checking we have already refunded and canceled your membership upon your request. While we understand your frustration we completely disagree with your review and find it alarming you can make these accusations. Our website clearly states on every single page that it is members only. We also make every member agree to our terms before they are able to purchase from us. Additionally we follow all new members up with a sequence of emails helping new members get acclimated to the benefits we offer. Along with the amazing product discounts you also got access to our live devotionals, prayer group, ebooks and community full of Christian women within our app. The only way we are able to provide all of this is through our membership that can be canceled anytime. We understand you may be frustrated however if you have concerns we ask you contact us directly and give us the opportunity to resolve the situation instead of making false accusations online. There are much better and more peaceful ways to resolve things.
