Elina, We disagree with this response. We are very clear about the membership as it is posted on every single page of the website and we require all members to agree to the membership before they can purchase from us. Additionally, we send a content card in every order highlighting the membership benefits and we send dozens of emails and sms messages to our members highlighting the membership. We would not be able to donate bibles to those throughout the world and provide wholesale pricing up to 90% off without charging our membership fee. Hi Glenn, This review is not based on a genuine experience as we have no recollection of you ordering from us. Additionally, it is clearly posted on every single page of our website that we are a members-only community and we force all new customers to agree to the membership before they can purchase from us. We would not be able to provide our amazing members with such tremendous value without charging a membership fee that can be canceled at any time. We are saddened by your response because you have never ordered from us and have made bold claims that are untrue. We find this review very disheartening. After reviewing the communication between you and our customer service team we found that not only was your initial order delivered, we processed another order for you completely free of charge and canceled your membership the day you inquired. Additionally, you can see on every single page of our website that we are a members-only company that provides 70-90% off all our amazing products as well as live devotionals, eBooks and hosted prayer groups oriented around helping women grow their faith. We require every single member to agree to this before they are abe to purchase from us and would not be able to afford to sell products for so cheap without the membership fee that can be canceled anytime. Once again, considering we sent you another piece of jewelry and canceled your membership upon your first inquiry we disagree with your response and review. James, While we understand you are frustrated we strongly disagree with your review and find it misleading. After reviewing your inquires we found responses to all of them within a 60 minute period. Additionally you were refunded already for the membership. If you look at our website it is hard to miss that we are a Christian membership club that charges $19.95 per month. With the club perks you get wholesale pricing up to 90% off our products as well as access to ebooks, prayer groups, live devotionals and other community features through an app. We require all members to agree to the membership and follow all new members up with a welcome sequence about their new benefits and how to access the amazing features.
