We are sorry you feel this way. Christian Divinity is a members-only company that offers wholesale pricing on all of our products and also helps provide Bibles to those around the world. Unfortunately, we can not sell our products at wholesale pricing without the membership fee and we wouldn’t be able to afford the donation to help distribute the word of God. Our website is very clear and talks about the membership on every page. We also require all members to agree to the membership before they can checkout. Additionally, we send dozens of emails and SMS messages to our members about the membership monthly. Through the membership, you saved a lot of money on your order. If you would like to resolve this peacefully and come to a reasonable resolution we encourage you to contact us directly.

Richard, Your wife Donna inquired early yesterday morning to cancel her membership with us and we responded within one hour letting her know it was canceled. Our responses were very clear. We were just trying to offer you a discount to stay a member of our community but we understood you didn’t want to pursue a discount. We have confirmed her membership is definitely canceled. Karen, This review is highly inaccurate. We have responded to all of your inquiries within a 24-hour time frame and made sure your membership was canceled upon request. Additionally appropriate refunds were issued regarding our policies. We are very clear about the membership as it is posted on every single page of the website and we require all members to agree to the membership before they can purchase from us. We also send a content card in every order highlighting the membership benefits and we send dozens of emails and sms messages to our members highlighting the membership. We would not be able to donate bibles to those throughout the world and provide wholesale pricing up to 90% off without charging our membership fee. Hi Danielle, This is completely untrue. We are in fact people of God and our whole company is oriented around providing quality products and services at wholesale cost through our membership. The jewelry piece you ordered for free was a new membership offer. It was a free welcome necklace to join our membership for $19.95 per month. We clearly state this on every page of the website and required you to agree to it before purchasing. Additionally we have emails to verify you were sent your account creation information as well as other membership information. You had 10 days to cancel this before your first billing cycle but chose not to. We do not take false accusations lightly. We understand your frustrations but we make our membership very clear. Hi Michelle, Upon checking this is your second review to our company when you have not had any additional interactions with us. This violates the trust pilot policies and could be considered defamation. We understand your initial order was delayed in shipping but you were refunded in full already over a month ago and the situation was peacefully resolved. Our membership and website is very clear that it is “members only” and we make everyone agree to this before purchasing and also make them aware of what they will be charged upon checking out 10 days after the membership trial. Additionally our emails are extremely clear. We send the account creation email and follow all emails up with messages about the value of the membership. We do not in any way “require people to agree through email” because all of our members agree to the membership before they receive those emails. Additionally, we make sure everything on our website is clear and offer the 10 day trial so customers have the ability to cancel before they are billed. Unfortunately many customers forget about the membership. When these situations happy we do our best to help them and resolve the issue whether it is through a few free months or a refund. It would be impossible to provide the value of wholesale product, bible donations, ebooks, prayer groups and more without our membership fee. In your situation your order was delayed in shipping. This is something that we apologized for and tried to make right by giving you a full refund for the product and membership. This is a fair resolution considering there is nothing more we could do. We feel we have done all we can under the circumstances to make the situation right for you and hoped that through the refunds and apologize you would understand.
