We're sorry to hear that the phon case didn't meet your expectations. We value quality and customer satisfaction, so your feedback is crucial for us. We want to clarify that all our products are print-on-demand. This means each item is made specifically when you order it, and therefore, we typically do not accept returns. We strive to provide clear descriptions on our product pages to ensure our customers know what they are purchasing. It appears there might have been a misunderstanding regarding the case's design. The "Just Breathe" case is a printed design and does not include actual sparkles. If there are any printing issues or if the product doesn't match the description on our website, we are more than ready to help. We can offer a replacement or a refund without the need for a return. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with the details of your concern, and we will work to resolve it. We are committed to ensuring our customers' satisfaction and hope to address this matter to your satisfaction. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to hear from you soon.
