Ordered a cell phone cover stating the I had a Samsung Galaxy S20 phone. THe cover that was sent did not fit my phone. Now I'm told that they don't have any of those covers, but I cannot return the one that didn't work. I am jipped out of $34.00. Will not order from your company again.

When you order things online, especially from a new place you've never heard of is a nerve racking experience. You're not sure if the place is legit, or the products their peddling are even what the images you see as you order the item/s. So to conclude. I am very content with the customer service agent Cindy for making sure my purchase experience with a new place went as best as it could possibly have been.
