Brand spanking new gun right out of the box had finish, fit, magazine release, and muzzle-brake alignment issues. Called and was cheerfully issued an RMA and shipping label. I must say that the communication and customer service are exceptional. The turnaround was blistering, I believe that it was right at 2.5 weeks give or take a day or two. They corrected the issues and sent swag in the returned box. The MPR in 308 after following their recommendation for break-in and 150 premium factory match grade rounds later… is just now consistently breaking sub MOA. Not what I expected after researching and purchasing the Christensen named weapon. Wouldn’t recommend to a friend.

No confirmation email, no tracking and very tough to get ahold of. Item is of high quality but service was lacking.

The only thing I did not like is that I purchased an item online and I never received an confirmation email of the purchase and never received a tracking number. I had to call customer service asked them for information on the product tracking info and I was told that they had the order but could not give me info on when it would be shipped.

Not well at all. You were on back order for months and when it became available you did not reach out to me. I eventually checked your site again and it was available so I ordered it.

Would have liked to get the ridgeline with the scout features (stock, rails, removable clips, 20 or 24 inch barrel)

Welcome code would not work even though I've purchaced 3 different rifles. Also clothing selection has greatly diminished.
