Your website needs a lot of work. I’m looking for a monopod that shows in your ads but can’t be found on your site. You provide a few parts but if I’d like to switch triggers you offer no choices or links to choices. You have great firearms, now offer support for them.

Gun is amazing but getting the $300 rebate was a pain. I sent in the required paperwork as instructed and it took 3 additional emails and 45 days to get the gift card code. It was blamed on one person doing all the gift card processing. Not the best customer service, you guys can do better.

Ya'll were excellent, my only complaint is that the only shipping option was usps. The muzzle brake I purchased stayed in Utah for 4 or 5 days before they finally shipped it. I love your products and look forward to seeing if the brake will tame a 300 norma mag.

Purchased 6mm creedmoor mpr. The gun shoots great, but couldn’t use bc the mag it came with was not useable. It would eject rounds on its own to point couldn’t place mag in rifle. I called and wasn’t even given opportunity to explain. Was told to go online and make video. Video was too long and rejected after several attempts. This is with me talking quickly and you the point. . It’s a long process. I am very busy and to not handle minor accessory issues via phone is rude and a turn off. Especially after choosing to spend 2400 with them instead of any other company. You would think they would hear ya out for 1-2 minutes. Had to purchase other mags. So out more money than I should be

I purchased a Christensen Arms MSR. The rifle is beautiful. After taking it out to the range, i found a screw was missing on the buttstock. I wasn’t sure if it was intentionally left out or accidentally not installed at the factory. After speaking with a representative at Christensen Arms and emailing a few pictures, it was determined the screw was in fact accidentally not installed. Being their mistake i figured they would simply put a screw in the mail to me asap. That would have been the easiest most sensible way to handle it, but no! Frustratingly, I had to fill out a warranty claim form attach more pictures and email it to them for further review. I then later received another email that said my warranty claim was accepted and the parts would be mailed out within 7 days. Two weeks go by and UPS states the package will be delivered next week. That’s 3 weeks waiting in total. In addition, i have to be locked down at home for delivery because an adult has to sign for the package. We are talking about a $0.25 screw. WTH! Christensen Arms makes warranty claims too difficult. rediculous!

No communication on when product shipped. When I called into customer service, the guy wouldn't look up if it shipped, just giving me hypotheticals as to if I ordered it, when it should ship. There was very limited inventory so I didn't know if I was on a wait list or not, this guy didn't offer to give any real help.
