We sincerely apologize for this experience. While we don’t manufacture the products ourselves, we rigorously vet compliance and lab results to ensure we only offer the highest-quality items. That said, there are rare situations where a manufacturing flaw slips through, as we do not open sealed products during our checks. Please contact us right away at [email protected] so we can issue your full $40 refund. When you shop with Chow420, your satisfaction truly matters to us, and we’ll do whatever it takes to make your day better.
