DO NOT BUY!!
DO NOT BUY!!! Fraudulent company. Uses “USA” in the title but products are made and shipped from China, hence the long shipping. Customer service is horrible and most likely Chinese bots. The company only responds to negative reviews and is extremely deceitful in their answers. I did not change my mind. I never wanted a Chinese made product that’s linked to a trucking company. They have been rude, unprofessional, and a nightmare. They do not care about their customers and contrary to their response, they refuse to refund my money. I repeat DO NOT BUY!!!

This company is a fraud
This company is a fraud. I ordered product. It was never delivered. The “tracking system” shows it in process….indefinitely. There is no phone number to contact the company. They do not respond to emails. This is not a USA company. Do the research on the address. I had to resolve this through my credit card company. You now have fair warning. Be smarter than I was and don’t fall for it.

Your order was shipped in two packages: one has already reached the local delivery center and should arrive in the next few days. About the second package, we see that it has not updated recently; if it is lost in transit, we will provide a replacement or a refund. Please confirm once you’ve seen our email so we can resolve this quickly. --- Update: The customer has confirmed that they received the cutting board. However, the knife may be lost in transit. We are working with the shipping company to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Looking at the address on their…
Looking at the address on their website, it comes back to a trucking company. Doesn't look like a manufacturing factory. Looks like a front for a Chinese company. It shouldn't be this hard to verify an American company.

Within just 3 days, we received 9 one-star ratings from accounts that are not our customers, all using the same review format: “broken product” and “bad customer support.” Please note that intentionally leaving false or harmful reviews, regardless of who they come from, is not a fair practice in business. It would be better to focus on improving your own products and services instead. We also believe that customers are smart enough to recognize genuine feedback from fake reviews. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with
Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. The knife came dull, bent, and looked second-hand. Their customer support is a joke no replies, no solution, just excuses. Total scam vibes. I honestly regret wasting even a single dollar here. Stay far away from ChopChop USA

First and last time ordering from…
First and last time ordering from ChopChop USA. Poor communication, delayed shipping, and the product broke after only a few uses. Would not recommend.

Total Scam
I paid a high price expecting premium quality, but what I got looks like a cheap knockoff. Nothing like the website photos. This feels more like a scam than a real business.
