The roast arrived in good time and was nicely packed and good in taste. It was not, however, extremely memorable. It might have been my preparation, so since i'm not sure why, I'll just subtract one star. I will try again.

5 star roast! Trimmed and trussed to perfection. Roasted in the rotisserie and came out perfect!

Meat arrived on time and the packaging is excellent, with ice packs and thick insulating material. Choice 8 pound prime rib was delicious. If you're a duck fan, try the Pekin duck breast--great quality for a good price. I'll be trying more from Chop Box.
