Leslie was patient and understanding. She walked me through every step and gave me alternative options when I couldn’t submit online and worked with me for hours until the next day when I was able to get everything in and done, then I received my cash. They have a few ways you can be paid. When Leslie wasn’t available every agent I spoke with was nice and helped me and passed messages along, as well as help in anyway they could. It was fast and easy for the most part. It was convenient and flexible. It saved me when I needed it most and I plan to repay the entire loan off early to help my credit score 1 and 2 each payment made on time decreases your monthly payment each month and yes improves your credit! I was denied over 50 times literally being told student loans were debt not credit and since I’d never had a credit card or don’t have credit anything that just because my credit score is 690 doesn’t mean anything if I never had credit smh every time! But they helped me and accepted me and was very patient and persistent and respectful and kind! I loved this entire experience! It’s fast and easy if you finish before noon and get everything in including notarized paper you’ll get the money the same day.
