I ended up not accepting the loan
I ended up not accepting the loan. 97% interest. I was going to have 20K of interest cash to pay back on an 11K loan. Horrible, The paperwork was hidden and not available until the signing of the loan, even though I requested to see rates, I was never allowed to see them or loan conditions. A very non-friendly and unfair loan, with a 500 fee, and 97% interest,

What Makes This Company Great
What makes this company great is the team work they have and the respect for their clients. The team shows when you get on the phone with customer service and they great you by calling you by your name, it makes you feel like you're part of the family. Customer service talks to you like they understand where your coming from and they don't judge. Then the Agents tell you what information is needed and will explain to you why and what it is. I am glad to have gotten my title loan from Choice Cash and believe me I am truly grateful for this opportunity. Thank you very much Lela J-S

The employees made the application process easy. They were patient and helpful throughout the entire process. I was stressed because of my financial situation and they relieved all my stress, just an amazing process.

The process is too cumbersome
The process is too cumbersome. A person should have one loan processor. I must have spoken to 10 different people. Also, I am disabled and didn't know I would have very go go to FedEx which is a distance from me. The entire process should be told to the borrower up front.

Questionable!
Every time we submitted documents and pictures it was never enough. The people were rude and impatient. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because we eventually got the money we needed. I tried several other lenders and was unable to get the funds we needed. Valeria and Erika were the most troublesome.

Very very speedy process
Very very speedy process. Loan officer ignored all emails but loan processor Alyssa was amazing. Horrible APR.
