Choice Cash is incredibly easy to work…
Choice Cash is incredibly easy to work with and they kept me informed every step of the way, while obtaining the funds. The funds are available quickly and the whole process is pretty quick, taking no more than a couple hours for the original loan and subsequent loans took no more than a matter of minutes! It is also very easy to get in touch with a real person via telephone when needed and the customer service agent has always been very knowledgeable and polite and understanding of my situation. The only downfall to using this company is the incredibly high interest rates.

Poor communication
Inadequate communication necessitated multiple follow-up calls regarding the process. The car plate number was inputted incorrectly on the title transfer document, causing a 24 hour delay. This was communicated via text to upload new documents no explanation no instructions. I had to call them again to get direction on next steps. The proof in the pudding so to speak was the final contract was only sent after my inquiry, causing the bank ACH transaction to be delayed until after 11 pm PST, resulting in a 36-hour delay in cash withdrawal post fund deposit. Such oversight is unacceptable when charging high interest rates. Need to button the process unacceptable

The whole process was quick and easy
The whole process was quick and easy. From start to finish I had my money in 4 hours. Everyone I dealt with was awesome and answered any questions I had. Highly recommend.

Loan Process was Supereasy
The loan process was done totally online, I Didn’t have to go into an office or anything everything was done online it was easy and painless. I receive my cash via bank account deposit the same day I will recommend them to all my friends and family.
