TOO COMPLICATED
Well, for starters, the documentation required was VERY difficult to submit. I started this on the 17th and finally got everything correctly submitted. It was a little later in the afternoon so the banker working on saturday did not, or would not submit it for review so I could receive funding. Cesar did not make any effort to go beyond to get my funding pushed thru. And although they were open til 4:30, he did not respond to even my emails. Ana tried, but we didnt make the time line on friday. So, having desperately needing the funds to not get zapped with fees I ended up paying $100 in late fees. So, lets see what monday brings. I still have not received the monies!

The entire process from start to finish…was great
The entire process from start to finish were in 2 days.They guided me on the paperwork, what they needed and often call me on my mobile to ensure i do it correctly by a single individual. Great Customer Service, solid information on what to do, and received the money exactly how it was described every step of the way.
