I’ve sent 5 parcels with this company, only 1 of them made it to destination. Impossible to reach the customer support, and when you do you get a million of different versions and no follow up of the complains. An absolute nightmare for a small business like me. I intend to sue them. If you wanna join forces don’t hesitate to reach me.

Livreur choisi par Best Buy. Il livre à midi, mais indique sur son suivi à 10ham ce qui est faux. Il lance le paquet dans la neige devant ma porte sans monter l'escalier au complet ni sonner et prend une photo. Il part sans m'envoyer de email pour m'avertir de la livraison. Je découvre le paquet le soir par hasard. La vidéosurveillance a été envoyée avec ma plainte. À suivre.

Forced to use ChitChats during the CP strike. Prices were decent, but not much better than Canada Post, and they charge a huge fee for pickup at your door. I sent 5 packages out and only 4 made it to their destinations. The one that was lost made it to the US but was never picked up by USPS probably because it was stolen, as I am certain packages aren't capable of disapearing without trace. I was shit out of luck as I didn't buy insurance for the package and they weren't able nor did they care to do anything about it. Closed my account immediatley after that.

Terrible shipping. He has been moving my package from warehouse to warehouse for 6 weeks in my area. I had to ask for a refund for my package because I still haven't received it and it was quite expensive. I will never buy anything else shipping with chit chat

They never delivered the parcel. When asked about it, they said they attempted to deliver but were unable to. This is impossible as I was home all day. When I followed up by phone, no one answered their “customer service” number, so I left a message - which was never returned. I reached out not once but four times by email, and never received a follow up email. As far as I can tell they made off with the parcel or they lost it. Either way, it’s been radio silence. Terrible service. Avoid at all costs. I only gave them one star because zero stars is not an option.

OK, so I had a parcel shipped to me from Ottawa Ontario to Kemptville Ontario which is only 40 minutes drive away. Hindsight, I should have driven to pick it up myself. Chit Chat had promised 1-2 days delivery. 10 days later, the parcel still isn't here! Tracking shows that the parcel has been traveling through several cities hundreds of miles away, including Montreal, Toronto, Mississauga. This is absolutely ridiculous!! Parcel will obviously not arrive on time for Christmas. CHOOSE A DIFFERENT CARRIER !!!

J'ai reçu une lettre importante qui ne m'était pas destinée. J'ai envoyé 2 courriels, parlé au genre de chat, apellé etc. Pour qu'un de leur livreur vienne rechercher la lettre et la livre à la bonne place, mais rien à faire.

One of the worst couriers. I’ve never heard of them before and Etsy just shipped my Christmas gift for a family member through them. Two weeks I’ve been tracking the package with bizarre status and no indication of a location. I then saw a status change to mis-sort showing they took my package to a different city to deliver. Calling them was useless. Sent an email and still waiting for a response. Awful! Irresponsible!
