If there were an option for a negative rating, I would absolutely choose it. This is an extremely terrible courier company with no integrity. After taking the money, they provide no service at all — they just toss the package somewhere. If the customer doesn’t follow up, the package simply disappears. If you do follow up, they take two months to return the package to you, and of course by then it’s filthy, like a piece of garbage.

Unreliable. The most terrible courier, no wonder it’s cheap. Unreliable. I was expecting a package from chitchat who transferred my package to GTA GSM where in I gave a detailed instructions to their employee named Sophie that guaranteed it’s noted and all. Then they transferred my package to Dragonfly another unreliable courier with their employee named Salah who cannot follow or read instructions properly. What a disappointment! Chitchats in unreliable!

I placed an order early last week for an item being sold on etsy. Today, August 06th, 2026, the tracking information shows that Chitchats received my order on July 27th. The item is being shipped from west Vancouver to Calgary. There is a notation on the tracking information on etsy that the shipment is i transit, delivery will not be confirmed. I am concerned because I ordered another Dragonfly Pendant from a different seller on etsy that turned out to be a con. I complained to etsy and did receive a full refund for that Pendant but I as I said I am concerned because I have not received my order. I wish sellers would not use flim flam couriers to handle shipments. I supposed they are trying to save money because they offer free shipping but it would be better to use Canada Post. My opinion, please do not shop with sellers who ship orders by Chitchats.

They brought my package to the wrong house. I Had to go searching for it and when I found it there was no address or name, if I hadn't showed up with proof this was my package the owner of the house would've had no idea who to return it to. If I had not found this package I would've spent over a hundred dollars for nothing. Run the other way if a business you are buying from uses this delivery service.

Every time I ship through ChitChats, it sits at some "Partner Facility" for TEN DAYS before it moves anywhere else and at each step, there's a two or three day delay between arrival and scanning. NO accountability, as they tell customers they can't track the packages through their system and to just wait a MONTH for your package to arrive. Terrible customer service, terrible communication, and all around trash company.

Chit Chats Select, great service, good prices. BUT if you’re a seller on major sites like Amazon, Chit Chats Select tracking does not link to sites like Amazon. Amazon is cracking down on non tractable shipments and will de-list your items or even suspend sellers. So while chit Chats Select service is very cost efficient with great delivery timelines, if you can’t sell your wares on the major sites, Chit Chat doesn’t do much good.

Terrible experience with Chit Chats. They may be the cheapest option, but the service is absolutely the worst. Customer service gave unreasonable conditions (like requiring a buzzer code), and threatened to return my shipment — something that has never been an issue with Canada Post or UPS. After paying for delivery, I still had to deliver the package myself. Completely unacceptable and defeats the purpose of using a shipping service. Avoid at all costs if you value your time and money.
