I began using Chirpish for my 7 figure Shopify brand about a month ago, and I am already pleased with the results! The team at Chirpish made it a lot easier to handle customer support. Before, I was using a few support agents that I hired from Upwork. Although they were getting the work done, a lot of my customers felt like they were getting generic copy and paste replies, and were not being listened to or having their problems actually solved. With Chirpish, the customer support team takes the time to read every inquiry and respond accordingly. They also have a super quick and easy platform for their agents to raise an issue to me directly if they are unsure what to do in a situation. And, to top it all off, I am actually spending a little bit less on Chirpish than I was with my individually hired agents. Overall it has been a win, win, win!
