It is likely that you placed a pre-order as we sold out earlier this year, but all of the pre-orders have now been shipped. Please email us and we can help to resolve this.

Hi Brandon, thanks for the feedback and sorry for the delayed shipping. We received a very large number of orders around the same time and due to covid-19 restrictions and associated delays, it took our warehouse a long time to get through the backlog. We're glad you got it in time for your vacation, though and hope you have since enjoyed playing Chippo. Thanks!

Hi Brittany, Thanks for the purchase, we are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. We just refunded you the purchase price of your Chippo set. In situations like this, all a customer would have to do is reach out to us with an explanation or question and we will often cover the cost of return shipping. You mention above that you didn't return the product - if it was never returned, how could we know to process a refund? Hi Austin, Thanks for the feedback. Chippo was definitely not designed to support the wight of kids standing on it. It was designed to be a golf chipping game, and intended to be lighter and easier to transport than typical cornhole sets. While we're not sure what you mean by "grass moves when I hit it" if you are in any way unhappy with your Chippo set, please send us an email through the form on our website chippogolf.com and we will make it right.
