Three stars here because the promos are absolutely horrendous, but they pay out very quickly and have lots of good providers. The customer support was pretty good, and they answered any questions I had. Login bonuses are not good, and the conversion rate for the diamonds is quite poor. Very good site design, and I love the way they do the separate win tab. An okay casino, but I would recommend it.

This site is a scam. First off they only let you win up to 40 dollars with bonus money. You can't withdrawal less than 100... They have 2 separate money accounts for each person. One for withdrawal of winnings, and another that you can transfer money to in order to play. I won 261 dollars with the bonus money. Then they informed me I had to make a deposit to withdrawal just to have a card on file. I deposited 20 dollars and won another 200 dollars with the real money I deposited. After you play with the money it combines it into your withdrawal account. Thinking I could withdrawal 400 without any issues, I played the remaining balance over the 400 and tried to withdrawal the 400. They denied me stating that it's their policy that I can only get a maximum of 40 dollars with bonus money. They also stated that even though I won over 200 dollars with my real money that because it combined into the withdrawal account, that I can only get 20 percent of my winnings even though I won the remainder of 400-261=139. But they will only allow me to withdrawal 75 because I used bonus money before I deposited. Which I remind you had nothing to do with my deposit because it was in a spending account by itself. This site is a scam!! Then to top it off they took my money I deposited with my account and the debit card I provided with no issue. Then they wouldn't even let me withdrawal to the same card!!! Now they want me to make another deposit with another card just to withdrawal the 75?!? He'll no. I would rather charge back and label this for the scam it is!!! I would like to clarify that I won money with a deposit I made after winning with the bonus funds that were kept in a separate withdrawal account and never taken out of there. I won over 200 dollars with only the deposit I made and they are saying because I had money won with a bonus prior that I couldn't withdrawal all my winnings I won WITH ONLY MY DEPOSIT MONEY!!! Because I had won money with a bonus prior and I only get 20 percent of my winnings. Stay away from this scam. If you play with any kind of bonus and even though you keep the money you won from a bonus and then you make a deposit and win with that they combine all the money into the separate withdrawal account and will only let you withdrawal a combined 20 percent of it total after!!!! They already are getting paid due to the predetermined rtp prior that is to enforce fair gaming!!! They are tacking on more unheard of scamming unnecessary conditions afterwords to scam more money off the top of your winnings!!! Do not play here!!!! Go to a reputable casino that will not give you problems withdrawing and depend on the games rtp to do the work for them. Which is how it should be!!!! CASINO WILL SCAM AND LIE TO YOU. I deposited money with my Cash App debit card, and when I tried to withdraw, the same card was inexplicably rejected. I received an automated “no-reply” email claiming that my card wasn’t a debit card—which is absurd because it works perfectly fine on every other casino. When I contacted customer support, the agent not only insisted that I hadn’t used my Cash App card for the deposit (even though I did, multiple times) but also tried to walk me through adding a new card—a feature that wasn’t even available on my screen. I even sent a screenshot to prove my case, but the support team was completely useless and dishonest. After following their misguided advice by depositing with a new debit card, I received the same automated rejection email 12 hours later, with the same bogus reason. The agent then claimed that the new deposit should work and to “check again,” despite the fact that it had already been declined. This is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered. They spent all this time scampering around and denying my withdrawal without ever providing a clear explanation. Do not deposit a single dollar into this casino—save yourself the hassle and potential loss.
