Well I win about$280 and I redeem it to my DEBIT card I paid for the packages with, and they tell me that I can't use that card to redeem. But they let me pay them the money from that card but didn't want to pay me my winnings. So I tried with my come card and they denied me... Kind of ridiculous considering they took my money from that same card but didn't want to pay me.. Long story short I had to get a gift card instead of cash which is complete bullshit. Sorry but I'm never going back unless they can come up with something to convince me to stay. Good day
