Over 24 hours and my first redemption…
Over 24 hours and my first redemption is still pending, don’t bother using this site when there are literally hundreds out there that will actually process debit card cashouts instantly. Also per other people here they have some sort of weird cap on maximum bonus SC. Just skip this site and use one that actually wants to cash out and reward their customers. I’ll update my review if something changes.

It was good until my second redemption
It was good until my second redemption. They reduced my redemption amount by 23% or so due to a limit of free promo sc in their rules. They do not advise customers of these rules. Customers should see a warning at least on the redemption page of these rules. There is no such clear warning. The $25 in dispute was not restored to my balance and they just disappeared it. This casino has very deceptive and unethical business practices. I highly recommend avoiding them as it just amounts to a huge waste of time. Winnings should be yours to withdraw as you wish- otherwise they are false promises.
