After ordering the same product from Amazon and having it constantly delayed, I reordered from Chill Mini Splits. The order was delivered quickly with no issues. Thanks so much!

They were so helpful to us, we came to pick up our Mr. Cool and they helped acommodate us and got us connected with our AC asap. Would purchase from them again!

Your website advertises 1 day to ship. It took 3 weeks until the unit shipped. False advertising. I should have purchased from a different source.

We sincerely apologize for the shipping delays, and we understand how frustrating and disappointing that was. There are things that are out of our control when it comes to freight and shipping times, and sometimes there are unexpected delays but it is still no excuse. We appreciate your honest feedback and are reviewing how we communicate shipping estimates to prevent this from happening again.

It shows delivered but I still have not receieved the Electrical Kit. I have emailed multiple times and left unreturned voicemails over the last several weeks and recieved no response. Not certain what to do. For others, my recommendation is to purchase parts individually, not multiple parts all at once to mitigate the risk you find yourselves in my situation.

From the start we had excellent communications. When we had a sudden problem arise (on our part, not theirs) Devin was really great and helped us out immensely! Everything arrived packed safely and in a timely manner. We are thrilled with the Daikin products we ordered and the service we received from Chill Mini-Splits. Highly recommend!
