Trust me, i'm going to be honest. Years ago, My family and I left titusville and went to cocoa beach for the day , and on the way home , we went to chili's. We said smoking section. They Said there were no openings. gave us a square thing that lights up when you're called. So all of us sat outside on the patio , waiting... the square thing you gave us started beeping, so we went up to the counter and we handed him the device. The girl said sorry it was mistake. So we went back to the porch outside. A while later, people that came in after us left and we asked them.Were you in smoking or non and they said smoking... we were pissed. Twenty minutes later the square thing started beating again so we again went back to the podium where there was a girl. She apologized again and said that some of the things would go off by mistake.. We asked to speak to the manager. We told Them exactly what I just wrote.? Then we told the manager that we would let everybody know how our experience at chili's went. We walked away. That Weekend , we went to the flea market and had shirts made that says: chili's screwed over me and my family. Be careful how they treat yours! To this day, we have no idea what chili's food tastes like.

Chili’s on Torrance Avenue is horrible, dry, bland, food, and poor service. Do not recommend.

I loved the queso at Chili’s, but they changed it, and now it doesn’t even taste like anything. This is very disappointed.

Chili’s is horrible they have discontinued all of the good stuff people went there for now they have jacked up the prices you will not survive I went into one today it use to be packed on Sunday’s now people are going elsewhere I don’t blame them for is horrible now and so is the service

Chilis in Denton, TX no longer offers the white skillet queso. That is the main reason we order from there.

I ordered boneless wings, which I asked to be returned because they were rubbery and frozen. The manager came to our table in an angry and aggressive manner. We will not be returning to the Chiles in Somerset, MA.

I come to Chili’s in Jacksonville and didn’t even get a welcome in the door I order a triple dipper with half mozzarella with honey chipotle wings and missing my fries. I dine in the server was name Kaitlyn at Chili’s Grill & Bar Bartam Crossing #1174 13891 Saint Augustine Rd. Jacksonville, FL 32258 like this don’t make any sense something need to happen I need my money back that I payed for and this is the second time I came and this happen to me I can’t keep dealing with this why is I’m paying for my food that I missing. And my tripper dipper is uncooked. Red meat

If I could give a NO star I would. We went Tuesday, just passed to celebrate a new job. It was ruined. Our server AMBER, was horrific. Ive never felt so snubbed in my life. Usually servers are nice and helpful, this woman was anything but. She rolled her eyes, and was rushing to take our order. All I can think of , was that she was doing her finishing work and didnt want to give her last table the attention we deserved. I had a 30 dollar tip ready, but she didn't earn a penny of it. Our food, was horrific. Ive never had such poor quality from Chili's, its normally our go to spot! But this time? Made me NEVER want to go back. My ribeye was NOT 10oz, it was paper thin and well done drenched in greasy butter. The fries cold and stale, not to mention the Mac and cheese tasted as if it had gone bad. I spent 80 dollars on food I could have cooked better at home and would have been cheaper. Thanks to the Manager, a very big man who did NOTHING. Just shrugged his shoulders and offered a desert for our night being ruined. Lesson learned, I don't know whats happening. But it would be nice, to sit down and actually be taken care of properly, which we were not. Im very upset and Im logging complaints everywhere possible, this is unacceptable and Im not happy.
