My husband and I went to the Chili's in Manhattan village in the city of Manhattan Beach. Our server his name was Eric. He was super attentive. You paid attention Pacific details. Super friendly. I would definitely come back. I wouldn't recommend all Chili's but this one is specific the one in Manhattan village is awesome. If you're around the area and want hot and yummy food and a fun environment come to the Chili's in Manhattan Beach.

Had dinner at the 4401 North Kings Hwy, SC, last night, and the service was great. Our server, Jonathan Byrd, made our time there great this time. Our food came quickly, hot, and the order was correct! He did a great job as our server, and recommend him if you go there! Recently we had a very bad experience with a server, and decided to give this place a break, but our grandson loves to go there so we decided to try again. Glad we did since the last two servers did an excellent job! Jonathan made our night with his positive attitude and service! Take note to the server there that needs more people training! You are not as good as you think you are!

The service and food was great. We did not have to wait long and the customer service we received was excellent. I definitely recommend Chili’s on San Bernardo. The managers are very nice and courteous too.

Server was a young man named Jackson. So polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. Y wife and I were totally impressed by this young man! We have always been a Chili's fan, but ones like him solidifies that fact.

My experience was outstanding. The manager John Palacio was very polite. He check on my table several times to see if there was anything he could. He thank us for coming to Chili's. He spoke to all the customers on the side I sat on. He brought plates to the tables. I never saw a manager in Chili's do that before. I had not been to chilis in awhile because the service was bad. My server was kayla she was excellent. It is nice to eat good food and have great service Chili's made my day.😊😊😊❤️❤️❤️❤️

Last night we ate at Chili’s in Springhill, Tennessee. There was a mixup with a table next to ours, and we accidentally paid their bill, Which actually was a higher cost than it was supposed to be. Shane was our server, and Tabatha Skeen oversaw the situation, and was so professional, and not only fixed the situation, but comped our meals, and gave us a dessert to boot! None of this was even necessary, because we understood that life happens, but she was adamant about making things right for the customer. Shane was an amazing server, and it was his first day at work! These kind of people remind us that people are still genuinely good natured on this planet.
