We entered the restaurant took a bit to be seated and waited 1/2 an hour for our one and only dish. The small burgers were both burnt pretty bad. Renee’s dish was cold as if it had sat for awhile. I ran out of my drink and the waitress never came to our table to refill our drinks which were supposed to be free. I realize that labor is hard to come by but could have been more courteous to her customers. I think we are done with chilis for the time being

Ordered the chili and garden salad Salad very small 60% croutons Ranch dressing was very watery Chili was OK No onions, no cheese But they put this crouton type topping on it. It’s very tough like Eating plastic.

Cold hot tea. Forgot soup and fries and added 2 margaritas to the bill not ordered.

This is my first time in a long time, eating at chili and it was awful. The food was cold and the manager was less than sympathetic. They did not even offer a discount or anything on the food. Our server was very nice and friendly, but I don’t believe I’ll be returning.

We ordered our appetizers with our dinner meal along with drinks our meal came out before appetizers and drinks then we both bit into our burgers they were pink inside when I ordered told the server well done on the burgers poor service dissatisfaction

After a few years not eating at Chilies, this was a bad deal. We always went to Chilies in Mesa arizona and before it closed in Conifer,Colorado. Here in Cookville, Tn it was disappointing. Waiter sorta made his ordering by thinking we were splitting the order. NO. It use to be chips and dip before ordering. NO. We are catching the restaurant here in Cookville off the list after many years going to other Chilies.

The service was great, the food was hot!!! But what happen to the chicken crispers!! Canes must be cooking the chicken crispers now!!! Please bring back the original crispers. Those crispers are the reason I eat at Chili’s!! Please. I asked the young ladies about the crispers, blessed their hearts they said these are the battered crispers
