Myself, my boyfriend and my girlfriend ate at the Rockford, Illinois location today for lunch. The server, Jordan was wonderful. I spilled my glass of ice all over myself. He saw that my shirt was very wet so he offered me a Chilis t-shirt. He was a very attentive to our needs and made sure we had a good experience during our lunch. I also would like to praise the manager, Russ. He came over and asked how everything was. He even helped me with the ‘machine’ to pay the bill. I do not like this form of paying. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience at this location today. Kudos to Jordan and Russ!!!

Lea went above and beyond to make me and my friend feel welcome. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail create a great dining experience. She was busy with preparing drinks and taking orders, however she made sure to check in on us. I really appreciated her professionalism and great service!

The Waitress, Mell was amazing. she represents chilis the right way. I will be returning bc of her!

Living near St Louis, there’s so many places to eat. In Fairview Heights, sits a small Gem of a Chili’s. Devyn is probably one of most down to earth Waitresses you’ll ever run into. She will take the time to go thru parts of the menu and make suggestions. However unlike some “Chatty servers”, she won’t Hover. She’s attentive Wonderfully Pleasant and just makes each visit better. If you want Awesomeness and Cohesiveness, this is the Restaurant and this DEFINITELY IS THE WAITRESS. Food service is prompt, she keeps drinks correct, and always is asking what else one might want. Even to the table near me that had an issue, She was literally on top of what got missed… I’d give Devyn a FIVE STAR review each time I visit if TrustPilot would let me. Just a Great Lady to make a meal Great. Also a note, the Store Mngr is a Larger than life Gentleman whom constantly walks the restaurant, not just hiding in the back…. This is a Huge Key w/myself. Again, if near Fairview Heights, this is a Gem hiding in plain sight.

We ate at the chili's in St. Peter's today. it was crowded as it is Veteran's day. Things were so organized and managed well. We didn't wait too long for a table. The staff and manager are the best we have ever dealth with. Food was hot and fresh and amazing........

I took myself to the Chili's in Williston, Vermont for lunch after my birthday because I had received a coupon for a free birthday dessert and I wanted to try their burger special. To my surprise it was one of the best dining experiences I've had in quite a while! My server was totally awesome!! I choose was the peanut butter pie which has been a long time favorite of mine and it definitely rivaled the best that I have eaten anywhere. Cudos to Chili's . . . I will definitely be going back soon!

I've had throat cancer and am on a feeding tube, now after a year I am beginning to eat food again. We range from Mobile, AL to New Orleans. The best we ever had has been in D'Iberville MS. James the manager has it together. It was a Friday night on the casino coast. The place was packed. Line at the door. Waiters were nice and fast as well as polite. One kid went out a fire door and set the alarm off. James handled it like a gentleman. All was well. everyone was in an out in reasonable time. Food was perfect. The worst we have been to is in Mobile, AL on Shillinger. They had less than half full and the orders were getting screwed up and it was a train wreck. Took a most two hours to get out. NEVER again in Mobile.

We contacted corporate because our IP address had falsely been flagged when purchasing gift cards. Apparently, we print out gift cards too frequently for people we give them to personally handed, and partake in buying ourselves some now and then. Who knew? Amy was great at correcting the problem extremely fast, and we are thankful for the corporate exec end who fixed this problem. I always get the Santa Fe veggie burger with the sauce no cheese, mashed potatoes on the side or asparagus, several people we know love the Ancho salmon, and many more go for the classic meat burgers and fajitas. While I would love to see more meatless items at this time in 2025 like vegetables and not just cheese as a go to, or as a possible topping, like think veggie enchiladas you can keep/remove cheese from, chimichangas, breakfasts!!! Every Chili's we visit has great consistency with people providing friendly service and good, simple fun. We've been on the road or down nearby in person. Great tortillas, beans, simple things, and yes, that veggie Santa Fe burger never fails. We've introduced some non-American pals to Chili's who hesitate to try it and wind up loving it. One of them is a fellow whose go to now is the Ancho salmon! Salmon is an awfully hard thing to find for people at casual restaurants across the USA. At one of the locations we regularly frequent, the staff had sold out of my veggie burger by mid day. They are apparently that popular there. They gave our lunch party a pile of all kinds of veggie sides, chips and salsa, and a free chocolate cake for no extra cost! Very courteous, down to earth people. Love you Chili's!
