I ordered ALEX'S SANTA FE BURGER & Texas Cheese Fries for pick-up. Neither were any good. Very bland & flavorless. Odd flavor. The fries used to come with a ranch sauce but it was missing from this order. I used to love Chili’s but not anymore. Disappointed.

I have brought this issue up for over 10 years.I love chips and salsa. And for some reason, chili's cannot make chips that are not greasy. My thought is perhaps hire someone that has a hispanic background that can fry corn chips that won't be greasy. I'm not sure why. This is so difficult for your restaurant. But seriously over 10 years I have fussed about this and there's never been a solution. I can make corn chips at home. That aren't greasy. I'm not Hispanic. Please rectify this problem. It seems like it's such a simple thing to do. Perhaps management doesn't really care because like I said 10 years. The last one I was in i had a plate full of really greasy chips to show the server even said that she's complained about it for 7 years. She brought the chips to the manager and they had no solution.

I ordered the Southwest Eggrolls. I got 4 very crispy that were nothing like the picture. Order was late and missing the dip. I wish I could post a pic on here. McDonald’s has better presentation!

Chilis was one of the places I could visit for a good frozen margarita at a decent price, now they've made them smaller added 2 bucks to the price because they use patron. The margarita taste like a sugar slushy just so terribly sweet. It saddens me that I'll have to cross them off of my "good frozen margarita" list. Luckily outback is across the street and they still have good ones. Bye Chili's keep your frozen sugar slushy. To make this margarita at home, just buy a bottle of patron, pour a cup of sugar and add a shot of water and a shot of patron to the cup of sugar stir and chill. That's what it taste like.

Not only Chili's took away 2 for 1 but increased the price of drinks. 25$ after tip for 2 jack n coke is lot. Just saying.

Chilis is a hit and miss depending on the location. Would appreciate if they gave a option for giftcard or refund when you're not happy with your order. My bf and I usually do pick up more than dine in. It's frustrating to get home and be unhappy with the taste or quality of something. Their rewards could be better. I don't care for the free chips n salsa or free drink reward. How about money off a next meal? And every order should be added to my account and rack up points, but I never see it.

Food served cold. Steak overdone. Annoying employee applicant using devise with speakers on loud at next table. Manager didn't offer compensation just desert and apologies.

I have visited this location several times and have always been pleased with the service and the food but my last experience was surprisingly awful. Understanding that it was a Friday night. I was shocked and surprised how loud and obnoxious the patrons were and management did nothing to control it. The Icing on the cake was when I asked for a tonic water and was told that it was not available unless I ordered an alcohol drink. I've never heard of such a rule at Any restaurant. I will not be returning to this location again and will advise All my friends never to go to this location.
