The Chili’s off of Barrett Parkway Kennesaw Marietta, Georgia was horrible. Whenever you go in to have an order to go. They don’t pay attention to your order. They screw up every time and now they don’t let you have an option to not tip. I’m not tipping for it to go order, but my mother unfortunately tipped because she had to her no choice never will eat at Chili’s again.

Chili's on-line ordering system and placing the order at the North Westminster, CO location on 901 W 120th I need to let you know I just spend almost an hour trying to navigate thru your menu on the web site to be told at the end of the order the chicken sandwiches I was trying to order were "not available, select something else". These were the Crispy Chicken Sandwiches, one was spicy and the other two were regular. All together just under $40.00 that your company just blew off as now I need to go to Applebee's. These are the sandwiches that my television is being inundated with the commercials about. Damn shame. Wanted to try them. Not no more. This was supposed to be my birthday lunch. Oh well.

Chilli store # 1650 on Craig road is a horrible place to eat from. Victor is a manager and a very disrespectful one . He does not care about his customers nor does he care about the quality of the food being sold and served. NEVER GO TO CHILLI’s They serve spoiled food daily. They are told to sell the previous nights food that did not sale . I was sold spoiled Mac and cheese two times in a row and the manager victor did not care. He literally gave me his a** to kiss and did not care how I felt . Told me there was nothing he could do about it and took the next customer as if I wasn’t standing there. There was a black guy worker here a gay guy , he responded months ago in the way a manager should. This manager came off very rude and because of his disrespectful demeanor and because the food is always spoiled will never eat here again

Chilis at Gwinnett Place is dismal. The food is cold and unseasoned. The management team has gone downhill and is extremely unprofessional, from attitudes to lack of presence. The level of service is poor. Don’t waste your time or money.

Used to like Chili's. Tried it again. Service was fine but nothing personable. Tab was $56 for two menu items and two teas. Poor food. worst dried out chicken wings ever in my life. Everything else was over cooked. I am so disappointed. Not the same Chili's I remember. We will never go back to any location

I have been going to the same chili's on 240 and Santa Fe for a few years. I have never had any problems. But when you get these new younger kids getting a job if a customer says they're allergic to something. And y'all bring it to Em, and it has onions on it. Then, y'all send it back to refix it and then it comes back and it has onion in it common sense. Tale, that customer, because now here I am setting in an emergency room. Over an onion, allergic reaction, doing an EpiPen. Because the waitress didn't care, didn't say nothing. And then the manager never called me back, said anything or sorry or nothing. I spent eighty one dollars on valentine's day.I did not get to eat my meal.I did not get to eat nothing at the table.It's a little ridiculous.So that's eighty one dollars that I lost out on training needs to be a little bit more on top.Because your employees that helped me acted like she did not even care. She come to our table 3 times I told her three different times nothing was never said to a manager or nothing was never done. I'm just saying I can't afford to get that every time. So I will find another chili's and hopefully they have more respect. I just hate to leave that one because I like that chili's.

Very poor customer service. Smash burger came out raw ( not rare, but very much raw). When we brought this to the waitress attention, suddenly it seemed to be our fault for complaining. Won’t eat at another Chilis, there are much better places that prioritize customer service. I will spend my money in these establishments to help them stay in business. Thanks

Maybe they are short staffed? But the young lady with long hair working the bar is too slow to be at the bar while working other tables. She was so slow last night and busy with other things that I just paid and left. Waiting 5-10 minutes for a drink is ridiculous and I might as well to go Texas Roadhouse up the road. Used to be such a good place to go. Longmont, CO
