Need to pick a star to write about this horrible place worst food I’ve had this place NEEDS shut down the food a got was covered in grease like a white layer all over it plus the paper bag was full of it aswell a phoned them about it and they laughed about it

I had to give them a star to write this review.I see why I've only been too them once before the service sucks the server wasn't friendly my boyfriend was trying to order she was more interested in her phone. The strawberry margaritas were orange in color all I tasted was lemon it had a weird taste like something was old or going bad. E had to flag someone down for service then we had to wait 10 mins for acknowledement for service OVERALL AN EPIC FAIL !!!NEVER AGAIN!!!

Worked here for two years 56 hours per week and got laid off 'due to covid' and my 6 pathetic, lazy managers lied on all of us to try and have our benefits taken away. They even lied about having COVID to avoid court. It didn't work, I GOT MINE, but if you want an employer with INTEGRITY this is NOT the place.

It was sad how the manager handled tonight. The restaurant only had 3 people inside. It was only 6:30pm on Sunday. There were only 4 adults and 3 small children. Most of the kids would eat off of our plates. He said he couldn't service us tonight. We asked how long the wait? He said not tonight, there's no time tonight. There were the manager, bar person, waitress, and cook There. But they didn't have time to wait on us....really I've been a manager at a restaurant with less than that and I made it work. This is just being lazy and rude.

Tonight, March 8 at around 5 PM I traveled over 30 miles to have dinner at chili's in Smyrna. Yes, I was excited because it had been over 5 months since I had the beef fa·ji·tas with all the trimmings. I was specific as to how I wanted them cooked, rare as they hit my plate and with soup. Well the soup was too spicy so I had to send it back. Some time later the dinner arrived and they were very well done, the opposite of what I ordered. Not only were they cooked wrong, but the texture of the beef was worse than leather. So I traveled over 60 miles RT for a wasted dinner. I left and just chalked it up to never return. Now that I look at all the negative remarks, I am convinced that the Mgt does not care how the customers are treated. I will post this wherever I think it will do the most good for other potential customers.

This place was horrible in Venice, FL off Jacaranda and Tamiami Trail. Nasty vents, ripped benches, mold next to the booths and gross floors. When we expressed our concern to the host while leaving he looked at us like we were crazy for saying the place was unsanitary. We told him we didn’t eat any of the food and told him what we saw and he had the audacity to say, “Wait, did you pay?” Clueless, didn’t even apologize or offer a manager. We didn’t eat the queso either, it was straight refried beans only and the salsa was straight chili powder. Will never eat at Chili’s again.

I enjoy chili's food but since the pandemic the customer service has gone down. I ordered my food online and since they messed up they told me that I could come in at anytime and get my food replaced. Well I didn't go for two months by this time the gm had been replaced. And the new GM named Kenny or Kenneth told me that I had waited to long so I had to purchase my food. Ok well I did just that because it was only the 3 for ten I purchase two of them and was told to wait in my car. Well I ended up waiting 45 minutes and I went inside and my food was sitting on the counter. The server said you were in a handicap spot so I didn't bring you your food well that just pissed me off even more.i asked for a refund and the GM was like did you pay already yes I did sir that's why I want a refund. He did nothing to fix the problem I guess they thought I wanted a free meal and treated me so poorly that I will never go there again I hope that they treat other handicap people better than I was treated.i will go to tGIFridys or Applebee's for now on
