My husband and I went to the Chili’s on Ambassador Caffery in Lafayette, Louisiana. We waited to be seated for 20 minutes. When we checked in the hostess said it would be 10 minutes and she was cleaning tables. A party of five walked in after us. She went in the back for 10 minutes came back and seated the party of 5 before us. I asked her how much longer it would be for my party of two, and she responded “I’m cleaning tables.” If it going to take longer, don’t tell people 10 minutes, and don’t seat a party bigger than mine before me!

The music was blaring. I turned off my hearing aids and could stil hear the music. Its all young people working in there and they like the music loud. I asked to turn it down, they did a little, then someone turned it back up. I was SETTED 6 INCH FROM IN FRONT OF ME AND 6 MY RIGHT. I heard there conversation , because they had to talk so loud over the music. The restaurant needs to control the volume to a smooth level. Someone needs to control it. Also my bill came to 18.49 with a 18% tip of 3.04total should be 21.53. I was charged 21.82.

Was in chillies mall of ga today and they pulled a fast one... ordered the lunch under 10$. Got potatoe soap and old timers burger only the burger was not the old timers. It was 2 slithers of some low grade sheet meat that tasted nothing like the amazing oldtimers main menu. won't go back lying pos

Such a shame, we visited Chili’s as a special dinner for our last night of holiday and it was pretty rubbish. I first had tried to make a reservation earlier on in the day via phone, but was told I couldn’t so when we arrived we had to wait 20 mins. However, the restaurant was not even 50% full, I think they had staffing issues. Our service was initially really slow, and they got our drinks wrong. Then they brought the starters out and within 10 mins (whilst we were still eating) they brought the mains out. A) there was no room on the table, which was pathetically small for 6 people and B) we had to stop eating to help rearrange plates and scrape food onto other plates to make room. They also got mains wrong. The food is absolutely average, try Applebees up the road, great service and really amazing food.

Placed an order today from the Windsor Ct Chilis. I ordered ribs and coleslaw, the ribs were spoiled made me gag just smelling it. I will not be ordering from them again!!!

We’ve been in Chilis Al garhoud branch and customer service was totally worst. Staff is rude it’s obvious that he get annoyed when we asked and repeating or order. No one say even thank you for coming. The worst chilli’s branch we tried.

The wait time was over an hour. Super under staffed. Won't be coming back here.

This is one of the worst restaurant in Dallas. Food is not good. I received a cold meal. I wanted to return my money. They said that it is not possible.
