I ordered a jacket for my granddaughter for Christmas I received a confirmation when I ordered the jacket on their website however no confirmation email was ever sent out so about 10 days after not receiving an email I called the 800 number and they have no record of my order. But I'm more than welcome to reorder the product but of course the price is much higher now. The ref that answered the phone is overseas I could barely make out what she was trying to say and she was breathing so hard into the phone it made it almost unbearable.

I don't like the way Children's Place does business. I tried calling their customer service number and all I get is a busy signal. I sent them an email and they didn't answer that either. I thought by placing the order on line that I would have no problem but, it's very poor customer service if there even is one. I should have just brought her to the store. I will never do business with them again. I'm a very upset and unhappy grandma right now. My granddau keeps asking is it here today? Did you get an email on your phone yet? To which I have to say I don't know what's going on because the phone is always busy.

SCAM!!!!Never order online!!! I ordered for cheap was 60 %off. They cancelled my items, few times... I didnt had problems with other online orders!!! Indians-Arabic company, customer service cant even help me !!! If American they wont do that to customers. The customer service not helpful. Liers!!

FRAUD! SCAM! RIP-OFF! So I purchased items and gained two Place Cash coupons ($10 off $20) which I could not use until September 12th, 2017. The night before I logged in and placed all the items I would like to purchase in my cart for the next day equaling $43.65(coupons applied). September 12th came and the website was down I called and was told to try it back in an hour. I did so and realize all the prices had now increased drastically! I had screenshot my cart items prior and the comparison was shocking, $9.58 to now $19.95, $12.83 to 24.95, $8.21 to $19.95 and few shirts 3.25 to $7.00, all the items were more than double and my total was now $72.85 with the coupons factored in. What a scam!!!, is this even legal? They encourage you to think you are getting a great deal but they went ahead and doubled + all the prices. I want people to be aware of this scam and how they cheat their customers, I will no longer shop with them because of the way they do business.

I went into the Staten Island New York location and needed to return a few items my son received as a gift 2 days prior. Well the return policy stated the merchandise can only be exchanged for a different size. I've never in my life heard such a ridiculous return policy. I didn't even care about exchanging, I honestly only wanted to pick out something different for him to enjoy wearing. To sum this up the associate behind the register snapped and seemed annoyed with me as did the other cashier. I will not shop there. The clothes are cheaply made and customer service is a big fat 0

I ordered online. After having to install the app to get to the Canadian site, I finally placed my order. My friend was also shopping on her phone as well. She was showing me what she bought and we had a couple of the same items for our sons. Then we noticed that they r different pricing once you "add to bag". I have a screenshot of a couple of items that did this. Every time we went into the app it would change. I reviewed what I paid for my order. As much as there is about $10 difference in what I paid vs what I thought I was paying, it makes me not trust your company or online shopping (which is very important to me as I live in a remote location). I have tried to contact customer service about this, however everyone I call it is "exceeding 20 mins" of a wait time. I try to email and it won't let me click the link to do so. So I have resulted in writing a review as my time is important but so is my money. I would really like to gain some trust back in your company and hopefully someone will be fixing ypur website ASAP Thanks for listening! A concerned single mama of 2

The clothes are HORRIBLE....I have a PLACE CARD...I REFUSE to use it...I waste MONEY everytime...they shrink and fade my son is a 6/7..after 5 washes my son thats a 3t can fit it....the cost for clothes are affordable..but you HAVE to go back within months for new clothes..long term durable clothes is definitely out the window. I SUGGEST going back to how quality was important...durable clothes..preshrunk...

They send the email to me with coupons: spend $20 get $20 on Sunday and did not include expired date. Then I went to shopping on Monday ( one day after receive the email). The customer service at Great mall in mipitas California said it is not valid because they send you yesterday, not today. In the coupon they should in include when the coupons expired. This is the misleading of advertising. I will never comeback to buy anything from this company unless they need to be clear and honest about they coupon or advertising.
