I don't write reviews. However, it has been next to impossible to get any answers as to where my childrens school clothing is. I placed this order with 15 days to spare before the beginning of school, but my order still shows processing. we have 3 day before the beginning of school. I've never had issues in the past, so I did not read the current 1 star reviews. I've been using The Children's Place for several years to order online. My husband and I both work 45plus hours a week an we commute 1 hour each way. we dont have time to shop in stores. We rely on ordering and getting packages. I order from 3 other stores and have received all other packages. At this point I want to cancel but I cannot. The phone number this want you to call you cannot get a hold of anyone. Even when you email them, they tell you they are experiencing high email volume. WHAT THE F*** HAPPENED TO THE CHILDRENS PLACE? It used to be one of my favorite places to shop. Their jeans fit my kids perfect and they last. If you have all the time in the world to wait for you order I would still commend for the quality. However if you are on a time crunch and need your order anytime within a month shop somewhere else.

I wish I didn’t have to choose a star. Because Children’s place online is horrible. I’m beyond upset right now. I ordered my child’s clothes from here 08/03/2019 and here it is 08/09/2019. Nothing has shipped, no canceled order and when I call all I get is the high volume message and I’ve also emailed. I also tried to call corporate same thing! When I called the credit card department do u think they helped them? No! I’ve. Spent $70 something dollars and I either want my clothes or my money back this is horrible! They’ve pretty much stole from me. It would've been really horrible if that was all the money I had to buy my child school clothes with.

Tried to reach the company by calling 877-752-2387 and also emailing customer service to correct my email address. The VM is we are experiencing high volume, call back another time. WHATS UP with this Company? Are they going bankrupt? Dont place an on-line order. You wont see your merchandise or your money again. As for me, NO MORE CHILDREN'S place!!! I cant trust you!

Online orders take forever. My kids starts school Monday and they only shipped two items of about 25 items. Beyond ridiculous. Never ordering from the online site ever again.

The store is all NAME nothing else. Service is horrible!!! The worse place to check the status of an online order. I could not get anybody on the phone nor they would respond to my emails to check the status of an order.

Opened a credit card online to get the 30% off, because it says you can “use it today” and couldn’t even use it because I don’t have my card yet. When I called customer service I was transferred through 3 people being told “we can get you a temporary card number” just to find out that NO they can’t because they can’t verify I’m the card holder. False advertising!! Don’t fall for it. Super mad right now. 60% off sale plus that additional 30% card holder discount would have been great for back to school shopping. Disappointed

At plaza las americas in Puerto Rico. No fitting room and I have to wait in line like 15 minutes. Total disaster.

Acadiana Mall, Lafayette, La: The store was an absolute disaster with clothes thrown everywhere, a pop spilled all over the floor by the register, and the employees were at two registers (2 employees only on a Saturday) checking people out. I have never been this appalled and over half the customers I saw come in turned around and left due to the insanity.
