why are they getting away with this? has anyone gotten problems resolved? I have ordered hundreds worth in past and very pleased....but suddenly I have this order that will not ship....I have a tracking number but when I track it says they will ship when they receive item from shipper....so its been over two weeks, phone number only works if u hit 4444 really fast then they put u on hold ...Im currently hold 85 minutes now and no one has gotten on....email them and get an auto response.....this is awful....and I have 60 bucks in rewards I was looking forward to using....(

Ordered on aug 3 and my order is still processing!! This is the worst!! I will never order again from this store it shouldn’t take this long!!

Ordered a bunch of things for my kids at their up to 50-60% sale online only for the children's place to later cancel half of my order (the sale items) and left the original priced items because they no longer had what I wanted in stock. Why not do us all a favour and register the amount of clothing in whatever sizes available. When that number sells out say no longer available to purchase or sold out. Not the first time this has happened. Signed One unpleased and upset mama

I placed order on 8/3 and it still shows order is processing!!! No way of getting a hold of anyone!!! Number just says busy and no response from emails. What is going on??? This is the worst!!!!

Have tried to buy school uniforms for 3 weeks. My in-store pickup order has been cancelled 3 times. I went to the store to see why and the store is empty! Tried shipping to home on Aug 4 and the order is just sitting there. I can't get in touch with anyone to see why it's not being processed. There is NO customer service -- both phone and email just tell you they are busy and to call back or try later! School started LAST FRIDAY! You can't stay in business that way so good riddance.

Ive been buying from The Children’s Place for 13yrs in stores and online, but something has gone horribly wrong with this company this year! I’m worried they’re going out of business! Like hundreds of other reviews I’m seeing, I ordered my children’s school clothes online, and after 8 days, the order is still processing. Emails are not being responded to, and on the phone you get a VM stating they’re experiencing high call volume and to try back later, then it hangs up on you. I’ll give them one more week before I get my bank involved.

I order school uniform for my Daughter on August 2, 2019. Is August 12, 2019 and my online order displays as " Processing". I never had an issue with Children's Place. Not sure what heppen this year.

Very horrible on-line service. Please shop at the store. Placed an order online on 8/4 and 8/10 my order is still being prepared..Looks like my money has returned to my bank only for if I use it, they might process it days and days later...Crazy...Tried calling and there were high volume calls so couldnt talk to anyone.Cant cancel your order either...smh
