I have used The Children’s Place for years to buy my son’s clothing. I have even raved and recommend them! But I never will again. I understand it is the “busy” season (an excuse they like to use) but that doesn’t justify the shi*tty customer service this company has. I placed an order well over a week ago and god only the knows where it’s floating around. You can’t get in touch with anyone!

Worst experience ever....I placed my order online on Aug 6 here it is Aug 15 and it's still processing. I been on hold for 1 hr sent several emails no response. Like what is really going on my daughter starts school Monday and I don't have her stuff for school. So freaking annoyed right now I don't think I would shop here again.

I made an order on Aug 15th, first I got the confirmation text and an hour later I got an email saying your order has been cancelled. I have been trying to call them from last hour and no one is answering the call. Worst service ever

I placed my order on 8/6. Here it is 8/15 and it's still processing. I've sat on hold for over an hour and still no one answers. I've sent two emails over the past week and no response. I have ordered from The Children's Place quite a few times over the past few years and always get my orders within a week or so. That's why I ordered my kids uniforms again with them. But this will be the last time! I had to buy uniforms for my kids to start school. Waste of time and money!

Friday night 8/16, I received an email from The Children’s Place stating that my items shipped. It’s a small victory, but won’t get my hopes up until the package actually arrives. I placed an online order on 8/6, and like all of the other recent reviews here, my order hasn’t shipped. I sent two emails and tried calling. It cannot get a hold of anybody to find out what is going on. My daughter starts school on 8/21 and it’s looking highly unlikely she will have her first day of school outfit. :(

I placed a order over 9 day ago and the order still haven't shipped. Please don't order from this company unless you need the order 30 days later they will not issue you a refund or allow you to cancel so now more inconvenience to me as a customer. I will never shop with them again in-store or online!

I only gave them a 1 because I couldn't give a zero. I placed an order on 8/1. On 8/9 I received an email that said the product would be delivered on 810. Today I called and after an hour wait I was told it hadn't shipped yet. I called back and was told it shipped on 8/7. You could walk from Alabama to Virginia in that time. I am tired of their lying!

I received a reply from corporate today 8/13/19, I ordered Aug 6th and the reply I received from them stated that they are still in the 10 business days for the shipment to be delivered yet I have no tracking number or any update saying my order has been prepared and will be picked up for shipment soon. My kids start school Monday Aug 19th and I specifically ordered from them because they were the most affordable and given that I have 3 children in elementary school with no help, I did my research and found a great deal but turns out I am going to be out double the money because I will have to go buy a set of uniforms as backup. This is ridiculous and outrageous, why advertise as much as they do if they can't keep up with the inventory.
