I placed two orders online at the children place.com on December 27,2019. The items were available when I placed them on December 27,2019. I receive emails of order and shipping information once it was sent. I track my orders to see the status of them. The items were suppose be delivered on January 4, 2020. I was told both packages were delivered , I have received only partial items from each orders. When I called customer service I got the worst experience with both the representative and the manager matiicka. Neither one of them were able to help me, answer my question or track the rest of my order . I was told I had to just wait for when It show up at my house . I will never order online with them or shop at the store. I suggest customer if you going by items to go to store online shopping with children place your items gets lost and they steal your money .

Worst Customer Service Ever!!! If there was an ability to give their customer service department a "0" or negative rating that is what I would give to them. They are absolutely worthless and unable or unwilling to help in anyway.

I always loved to shop in Children's place however had a bad experience in this case. I had returned a couple of online order items and in store purchases in the store and got back a return receipt. I paid for the online order through paypal and in store purchase by credit card. However I have not received my return for more than 2 months now. I have been calling the customer care for more than 9 times in these 2 months however everytime I call them, they answer that it will be done in the next 48-72 hours. Escalated to managers too and they are not able to resolve it. I have not received my refund yet.

Spent $106.26 On Clothes In Didnt Receive One Item Then When I Called Them They Tell Me They Can't Do Nothing About I Will Never Shop At This Place Again

I wish i had some negative stars, not even worth single star. I had called them after three weeks of placing the order and they are happily telling we unable to find the orders. What kind of business model they are running, that they cant see the orders placed.

I ordered some shoes for my son. The first issue was they double charged me. The 2nd issue was they sent an email stating they would be delivered on a certain day and they ended up not being delivered on that day. I tried calling customer service and I was on hold for an hour before I just hung up. I emailed customer service and they took days to respond. Their response didn't resolve my issue, all they did was send me a tracking number which I already had. Finally I received my package a whole 3 days later than what they told me. I'm never ordering from them again

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. First, every time I have ordered anything it took at least 3 weeks getting to me. The last time I placed an order, I ordered 9 items. They shipped two items first and it got to me within 3 weeks, they said that the rest of my order 7/9 items would ship at a later date. A whole month goes by and nothing. I have emailed several times. One rep. stated that it was a technical error and that the 7/9 items will not be arriving because they are no longer in stock. They said I would receive a refund. I then received another email a few days later that stated it was delivered to my door (they were talking about the first shipment of the two items). Also, that since it showed delivered, that I would receive no refund. So, they basically took my $60 and I haven't heard from them. I have emailed and called and can never get through. I hate this place and I'll never order again. RUN FAR AWAY. ANY OTHER KIDS CLOTHING SITE IS BETTER. It's such a shame because they have such cute clothes, but it's not worth the hassle!!!

Ridiculous....never get a card with them!!! Not only do they send out your bills so late that you've automatically got a $39 late fee but it's like trying to pay your student loans through the government online!!! PATHETIC!!!!! Never regretted taking out a card with a company until this one!!!!
