Placed an order and immediately noticed I could have used a coupon so called 5 minutes after placing order and tried to add the coupon. They said no and also refused to cancel the order so I could place it again using the coupon. That evening I was then charged AGAIN for a different amount on my Venmo! So now I was charged two times and have tried calling 15 plus times and am unable to get ahold on anyone. Just ridiculous! First time ordering clothes through them and will NEVER order through them again. Smh! At this point I just want to cancel my entire order and not get the clothes but apparently that isn’t even possible for some reason. This better get resolved ASAP!!

This company needs to take accountability on how poor their customer service and shipping is, especially to it's Canadian customers! Don't advertise a huge sale if you cannot keep up with it. A serious investigation needs to take place into this company. I placed an order April 19th, 2020 and I am still waiting. They took the money out of my account on May 1st! No response from their customer service line or email. No shipping updates, nothing. After reading others reviews on how they are stealing money from their customers, I really worry if this package will get here in one piece... First and last time dealing with TCP.

Hey everyone please please, be carful from this company as they are stealing customers. I was surprised that after I did submitting my payments on time, they changed me return fee, while I figured out and called them, they refused to give me back my money!! Even it was a returned items with about 30$ it doesn’t show in my bill so they are stealing me. I will never go back again and I didn’t recommend to anyone to go to this place, This is the worth place 🤬stealing place not a children place. Very ☹️ dissatisfaction.

I’ve ordered my son clothing April 16 and my order is still in process sad situation... I understand it’s a lot going on at the moment but w** this s*** ridiculous... they won’t reply to my Gmail and I’ve noticed they reply to the reviews with the same story just reworded a little... once I get my son clothes I’m never spending another dollar with them again... sad sad sad situation....

You buy something cheaply, get lured with free shipping... You wait 2+ weeks. But items never arrive. You will never get hold of a customer representative and you will never get your money back.

I bought 7 items from this website and two of these shirts were included in that order. I ordered this for me and my son april 16 however i only got two of my 7 items delivered i have been robbed by This Company and am going public a week later after my order went through another purchase came on my card for $17.99 then two days later $19.06 Someone is using my card information. i only got 2 Items of 7 Delivered to me as matter of fact it doesn't even show me my complete order anymore Childrens place is Scamming People Stay Far Away my original order was only a total of 43.00 why a week later all these extra charges i have proof and i want my product or my money back i dont know why you keep charging. My credit card this will be public .....

I ordered my kid’s their summer clothes about a few weeks ago. Paid in full for everything over 100 dollars well now they haven’t shipped my stuff they took extra money out of my account 2 charges and I’m not getting my stuff😒 I like going into children’s place but because Of this corona virus I had to order online. Not a pleasant experience very disappointed

Okay. I ordered my daughter some clothes 2 freaking weeks ago, and it’s finally been saying it going to be delivered today. Well, I double checked the tracking, and I ordered about 7 pairs of shirts, and 3 shorts. Well, come to find out they only shipped ONE shirt, and the rest of my order is still processing. Like what the, I’m mad beyond belief. Now reading all of these reviews, I’m nervous I got my money stolen and I won’t ever even receive my clothes. I spent $65 dollars of my hard earned money. If I don’t get ALL of my clothes today especially the 1 shirt they “shipped” (which I’m mad about why weren’t all of the clothes shipped together) they can be expecting a rude call from me! Never shopping here again.
