I ordered from The Children's Place on May 12th because they are having a 60-70% off storewide/ online sale. I understand that shipping is taking longer than usual lord knows I have so many Amazon orders out there I am still waiting on. HOWEVER I most definitely am not pleased that they have taking multiple transactions out that I did not make. I guarantee they are doing this because they will file bankruptcy so they are stealing from all customers and do so by drawing you in with the sale. I ordered $143.43 of product and saved $201. Since May 12th I have had 11 transactions come out totaling $846.50. I have bought from the actual store multiple times so I had no reason to believe they would do this. I cancelled my card because I noticed this going last night after my bank was closed and The Childrens Place customer service. After multiple attempts today on calling The Childrens Place, it finally went through and I got a hold of someone. What a joke that was. She went through the transactions they supposedly made and told me they only charge when they ship. No lady, your company is committing fraud and overcharging customers. I can't believe how often they are doing this to people after reading the reviews now. I really do believe they are about to file bankruptcy. Customer is blaming my bank and after talking to my bank they are saying it's the Children's Place. I filed a Dispute on all transactions made from this company since i have not received but 1 item so far. I had The Children's Place send me all transactions they supposedly made and we will see how long it will take to get all my money back now.

I placed an order on their website, but the package was lost. I sent them the report from Canada Post, and yet still, 2 month later, I'm still struggling to get a refund. It's impossible to get through by phone, and no one ever replies to my emails. Their service is shameful and UNACCEPTABLE! J'ai passé une commande sur leur site que j'ai jamais reçu. J'ai envoyé la preuve du rapport de Canada Post. Malgré tout ça, DEUX mois plus tard, je continue à me battre pour me faire rembourser!!! Impossible de les appeler (personne répond) et ils répondent jamais aux nombreux courriels. C'est juste honteux et INACCEPTABLE comme service !

Just like everyone else paid with my Venmo card because that was an option and just like that I got a charge on my bank card for a different amount. SHOULD'VE STAYED MY BUTT AT OLD NAVY. And only 2 of my 14 items have shipped. It better get fixed ASAP!!!!

I can't even tell you if the shipping is terrible because it won't accept any of my cards. One account literally has $500 in it, and the website will not accept the card. It has been doing this for days on my laptop and phone.

By far the worst place to order online from!! They stated I would have to make a claim with my postal office for a package that they shipped and was lost!! I will NOT DO THEIR LEG WORK!! Either refund me my money or get your stuff together!! First of all it took all day to get someone on the phone . Second of all the customer service representative hardly spoke any English. I will never ever get anything online again.

I would give zero stars if it was an option. I placed an order on 4/15/2020z on 4/26 I got an email stating my order was going to ship with a tracking number. It has been over 3 weeks since the tracking number was given, and it still states: Ready To Go Tracking details will be available once your package arrives at the carrier’s sorting facility. Please check back soon! I have contacted children’s place multiple times with zero response other than automated messages and no resolve. They have charged my account but failed to genuinely ship my items. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT SHIP!

Just like everyone else I placed an order well over a month ago and they only shipped me half of it. I'm still waiting for the other half, but can't get a hold of customer service. Ive emailed and called multiple times but they won't answer. They've basically stole my money.

Awful! Did an online purchase, only received less than half!!! I’ve emailed them several times with no response!!! I am a single mom, I work hard and this is unacceptable. Do not shop here
