My order was never received, eventhough it says delivered we didnt get it. I called the children's place for more than a mont, bo answer or resolve, I emailed them over 10 times and received the same automated email and finalafter almost 3 minths, I get a human reply stating it shows delivered, so I need to take it up with USPS. order#321612665. I guess orders have never been lost or not received in their world but I do have to say this was by far the worse customer service experience of my life and I have already gotten 9 of my friends and family to stop shopping there because of similar online or in store experience and I am going to tell everyone who will listen about their unwillingness to try and settle the matter by giving me a refund. I am speaking to BBB and will be posting to yelp, Google, and anyone else who will listen. Never again will they get any of me or my friends money

Double charged me on a $300 order. On April 22nd I placed an order, paid for it and recieved it. Fast forward to June 30th. They took the money for a 2nd time i have called and emailed with no reply. The phone number for customer service is useless. I call and call but continue to get the same automated response to "call back later". This is completely unacceptable. They have lost my business. Someone needs to contact me about getting a refund for that 2nd payment.

I ordered my granddaughters birthday gifts nearly 2 weeks before her birthday. All items showed they would arrive before her birthday. Some did but it’s now a week after her birthday and there’s still items that haven’t arrived. One being a birthday girl crown that she was to wear at her party. I would’ve never ordered it if the truth was told about shipping date arrivals. There’s no blaming this on COVID either people. That excuse has ran its course. Just tell customers things aren’t in stock if you don’t have any at the time of the order!! Never ordering online from them again!

I placed 3 orders back in early June (6th, 9 & 11th) and I have yet to receive the items purchased. I was able to contact Customer Service and was told to wait and call them back on the 9th of July for an update. The representative kept apologizing which was not helping the situation. I was sent a tracking number that does not exist with UPS. I have an account with this company which I will cancel once I solve this issue. I WILL NEVER AGAIN ORDER OR VISIT THIS STORE.

I place 2 orders online one on 6/8/2020 and another one on 6/09/2020 since they sent me an email about few items missing. Today is July 6 2020 no item received not even one. The 2 tracking number look fake one said the item is in Netherlands since July 2 and the other one the label was created but never send to the shipping location. Now I'm receiving 2 emails asking me for review about my items. How? . You call the customer service and nobody answer you sent email and nothing more than 10 facebook messages and post for them to answer with a generic message.

I have ordered from Children's Place within the last two months and I noticed that they have been taking unauthorized money out of my account . When I called to get a refund, I get no answer and no response back to any of my emails. Went on Instagram and they completely ignored my complaint. I will never order from them again, they are thieves in a middle of a pandemic.

I must first and foremost say I love their outfits for my child and I love the promotions however my last purchase left me disappointed..I am from Jamaica and I normally ship to Miami at a shipping company to get thier goods and they normally charge me their shipping and handling. recently I bought two bags of clothes and they were sent to the shipping company piece by piece....this is so upsetting as the company shipped the items piece by piece just as they recieved and I had to pay a huge sum of money to clear them...this left me feeling disappointed because I understand with the covid 19 and the lengthier processing time for package but it still could be handled better.....because they could ensure that they consolidate all my items as purchased and shipped them to me accordingly....I am so upset right now...as I did not benefit from the sale .I payed double the amount because of them being disorganized!

I ordered a dress on 6/16 for my granddaughter's July 4 celebration. I had to contact customer service to find out it was not expected to be delivered until July 4 at 9:00 p.m. They blamed it on slow shipping due to COVID, but no other companies have had this terrible delivery lag. Won't use again.
