So there is good deals, I only purchase clothes on sale from their online store. Usually comes fast. No issues. I noticed several times refunds and then refund reversals with a few cents difference of the original order... which, whatever. However I just spent about 100$ on 2T shorts, t shirts &sandals for summer and for each charge they've charged me twice, the double charges being within 50 cents or less. Its been 4 days and I'm still waiting to be refunded the extra charge and this makes me uncomfortable. I did not authorize this, they did not inform me when purchasing that they would do this and it makes me nervous. No other online merchant does this. Its not an authorization hold, its a processed transaction and a refund reversal however there is no refund. When I make a purchase, I don't expect to be charged double whether temporary or not. I'm a single mom on disability, and this is very inconvenient for me especially this month as my sons birthday is April 8 (today April 1). Seriously, can you guys not do this in one transaction? I feel highly deterred from dealing with this company again. This just does not make sense, nor does their explanation of it. The bad reviews make it worse.

Their shipping is crappy, it takes forever even before the pandemic. It is like pulling teeth to get a customer service person, I will not order ever again from them, which is sad because I like their clothes. I don't want to wait 14 days to receive it, just go into the store.

I placed an order on 9/24/2020 and two of my granddaughters items came in of the eight ordered for her birthday. I have called four times and told if I was patient they would be there. Granddaughters birthday came and went on October 11 with no order. Come on three weeks is not acceptable. Today I’d October 15th and still not here. I have order from them for several years and this is really bad service. I have received Amazon, Macy’s, Walmart, and Tractor Supply orders recently just fine so what’s up with the Children’s Place?

I'm so disappointed in Children's Place. I had been a loyal shopper for at least two years. My daughter is three. They take so long to take payments that I've caught fees from the bank. They had no regards for this. They waited three weeks! Three whole weeks before they took their payments the last time. I unfortunately will not shop with them anymore. They just want your money. Now I'm paying for it.

Bought clothes for my son 8/12/19 and I have not received anything yet.. Didn’t know it took this long.. my order still appears as processing but they already charge my card...

This is the frist time ordering from the children's place that my order has taken so long to be ship.An order place on 3rd Ausust has still not been prepared and ship but another other made on the 11 of August had been ship .I just dont no what is going on with them at the moment.

I've been a loyal shopper at Children's Place for many years. I do love the quality of their clothing! It is stylish, well made, durable and very reasonably priced. Having said that, I have to advise that the music is so loud and annoying, you feel like your head is going to explode! It is impossible to talk with anyone, or ask the sales clerks a question without shouting! I always leave with a headache! I finally did ask a salesclerk last week if she could please lower the volume, and she refused. Wear earplugs or shop online!!!

I loved the Children's place. The clothes are cute, the prices are fantastic and the quality is good. I shopped exclusively with them for our 5 & 8 year old. Until I needed customer service. The first time I contacted them it was to inquire about a ship date. They usually ship really fast. After not seeing my order shopped for several days I sent an e-mail inquiring about the expected ship date. Two weeks later, after my items were delivered by UPS, they replied to my initial e-mail to tell me the item were delivered. Ok they're busy, maybe they were worried about upsetting someone because they don't know the shipping date. It happens. Several months later I receive another order from them. One pair of pants in the order had a pair of size 10 pants in the bag labeled size 12. I e-mail customer service. Radio silence. I wait a few days and file a dispute with PayPal. No response. I tell them after about a week I'll escalate to a claim if I don't receive a response . No response. I escalate and they don't answer PayPal either. PayPal refunded me. I closed my account, unsubscribed from the newsletter and haven't purchased since.
