So I will admit AT FIRST I thought they were fake and it was a big scam.. I bought my Bestie a cup on 11/20/2019 after I saw the ad on Instagram and received the typical confirmation email. However, I did purchase using Paypal just because I had never heard of the company before and I have been scammed before so I knew Paypal would refund me if it was fake. I didn't trust putting my debit card info into some random website. So about 11 days later my purchase I grew suspicious and reached out to Paypal to open a claim for fraud because I hadn't received my shipping info and the website said 3 to 5 days. Paypal put in the claim and reached out to ChicZero who then in turn reached out to me and sent me the shipping details. They also apologized for the inconvenience and that was that. About a week late it is now 12/5/2019 and I just received the cup. I must say I am completely in love with the cup and my bestfriend loves it so much she almost cried. So no the company is not fake or a scam but they can definitely work on their communication skills. I give ChicZERO a 4 out of 5 stars for their work!!

I placed my order over a month ago and my package has NOT arrived. There is NO phone number to contact anyone and the email address doesn't seem to work either. BAD BAD BAD, I DO BELIEVE THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY. DO NOT ORDER FROM CHICZERO

Fake company...false products. Complete scam of a company

I place my order on November 10, 2019 and I have not heard a peep from this company. I am about to request my money back. I am not happy with this company. DO NOT order from here, it is a JOKE!

I ordered two mugs on on 11-11-19 and still no tracking number. I did get a reply via email stating they were overwhelmed with orders and that mine was indeed processed on 11-23-19 and I would receive a tracking number a few days later. Nope! I am starting to believe this is fraudulent site. 12/14/19 I received my mugs a little over a month after purchasing them. The customer service is email only and they were very slow to reply. In the end, I LOVED my personalized mugs and was relieved that the website was NOT FRAUDULENT.

I still have not received my package. Placed an order on November 14th. Received tracking number for UPS. Tracking reveals package is stuck in Edgewood Post Office,NY but they are not aware of the package. UPS suggested I contact the shipper, who might I add did not use the shipping name and address I provided. I emailed the chipper (CHICZERO) twice but no response has been received and when I read their website, their shipping policy is that they will ignore your emails to them. When I tracked the order on their website, my order number did not exist. NO NUMBER TO CONTACT THEM AND THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO MY EMAILS. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

I never received a notice of shipment. This is an improvement opportunity for your company. When my purchase was made I was informed that I would be notified when my merchandise shipped. This deemed not to be true. The quality of the product is great. The delivery process could use some improvement. Hopefully you can use my criticism constructively.

Still haven't received any tracking information on my purchase I think the company might be fake just taking people money
