I received one of the mugs that was sent was incorrect. The other mug was perfect. I need to send back so I can get the correct mug I ordered.

It was eh. Took a while to come in. Cute but not worth it to me. Just take a pic with your friends and get a real mug made.

Took a while to get the work and didn’t see the shipping cost and information until my receipt was was sent. Way over priced. But I love the cup.

Not the highest quality possible for the mug I received.

I was satisfied with what I purchased however the shipping was a bit longer than I expected.

My friend said she received the mug and it was chipped at the bottom. Not sure if that was yours or the shipping company’s fault. Also it took a month and a week for this thing to get done and shipped to my best friend. Does it really take that long to create and decorate a mug? I love the item, it’s just I paid a good amount of money for this and I expected it to be good

The product is great. My issue is the lack of tracking once the item leaves the US. There should be a cross referenced tracking number. I did not know where the item was for two weeks. Product suggestion: more options for body, hair, clothes. I’m in my 50s but had to choose a crop top!
